Beef Brisket (they come in at different weights. I buy a big one and cut it in half and freeze one slab
Minced garlic
Tex-Joy steak seasoning and Tex-Joy BBQ seasoning (you can get them here)
One oven bag
1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees
2. Cut a few holes in brisket and stuff garlic (not a lot if you don't like garlic)
3. Lightly season top and bottom and all sides of brisket.
4. Place in oven bag fat side up. Wrap loosely and poke 2 holes in top to let steam escape
5. Fat side up bake for 10 hours.
You really should use Tex-Joy seasonings. I've tried others and nothing compares.
